These Terms of Service (“Terms”) create a legal binding agreement between you (the customer) and our store. All purchases, website browsing, account registration and order services are governed by these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. All policies are permanently linked in our website footer.
If you disagree with any clause below, you may not browse our site, place orders or purchase our electronic goods.
 
1. Eligibility Requirement
 
1. You must be at least 18 years old to place orders independently. If you are under 18, you may only shop with consent and supervision of your legal guardian.
2. You confirm all shipping information, payment details and personal data you submit are true, valid and complete. Fake identity, fake address or stolen payment information will result in immediate order cancellation without refund.
3. Our electronics (mini smartphones, dash cameras, AI smart glasses, smart watches, Bluetooth earbuds) are for personal daily use only. Bulk resale, commercial rental, illegal modification or unauthorized reproduction of our devices is strictly prohibited.
 
2. Product & Order Description Rules
 
1. All electronic product photos, parameters, function introductions and video demos on our website are for reference only. Minor color, texture or firmware version differences caused by batch production will not be recognized as defective goods.
2. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, price mistakes, specification errors or out-of-stock labels on the site at any time. If you complete payment for an incorrectly marked ultra-low price, we hold the right to cancel your order and fully refund your payment.
3. All lithium battery built-in electronics comply with international UN38.3 shipping standards. We strictly declare actual product types and values for customs clearance; customers cannot request us to falsify customs declaration information.
4. Pre-order items will follow the processing time stated on product pages. We will send email notifications once stock arrives, and we do not compensate for personal schedule losses caused by pre-order waiting.
 
3. Payment Rules
 
1. We support legal payment channels including PayPal and international credit cards. All payments must be completed in full before we arrange order packaging and shipment.
2. All customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees and local postal surcharges are borne solely by customers (DDU shipping rule), which has been fully stated in our Shipping Policy.
3. If your payment is rejected, frozen or charged back by your bank or payment provider due to personal credit issues, we will not reship goods until payment issues are fully resolved. Any loss of shipping cost caused by chargeback shall be deducted from your refund.
4. We do not accept cash transactions, wire transfer third-party private accounts or off-site payments outside our official checkout page. Any off-site trading behavior is not protected by our store’s after-sales rules.
 
4. Shipping, Delivery & Customer Address Liability
 
1. All delivery timeframes on our site are estimated transit days, excluding customs inspection delays, natural disasters, airline schedule adjustments and remote rural postal sorting delays. We will not compensate for late delivery losses unless the logistics provider confirms permanent package loss.
2. You must double-check your full shipping address, zip code and contact phone number at checkout. We take no responsibility for non-delivery, returned parcels or confiscation caused by wrong, incomplete or invalid addresses.
3. If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you fail to receive the parcel, you must contact our support within 48 hours with your order number. We will launch logistics investigation, but we cannot bear compensation for property loss inside the package without official carrier loss confirmation.
 
5. Return, Refund & Electronic Product After-Sales
 
1. All return requests must comply with our independent Refund & Return Policy page. Opened, scratched, water-damaged, artificially broken electronic devices (mini phones, AI glasses, dash cams) are not eligible for full refund.
2. For defective electronics confirmed by our after-sales team, we offer free replacement or partial/full refund options. We do not cover return shipping fees unless the fault is caused by our factory production defects.
3. We do not accept returns of customized firmware modified devices, waterproof damaged wearables or accessories lost by customers.
4. All after-sales service communications must be completed via our official support email. Private social media chat records cannot be used as valid dispute evidence.
 
6. Website Usage & Prohibited Behaviors
 
When browsing our site, you agree you will not:
 
1. Use bots, crawlers, scraping tools to copy our product pictures, video materials, product parameters and website text for commercial reprint without written authorization;
2. Reverse engineer, crack, disassemble or modify the firmware of our smart electronic devices for illegal use;
3. Post slanderous, violent, infringing, discriminatory comments or false negative reviews on our website;
4. Use our website to commit fraud, money laundering, counterfeiting or any illegal cross-border activities;

Unauthorized copying, re-editing, reposting for commercial profit without written permission will constitute copyright infringement, and we reserve the right to pursue legal compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability
 
1. Our electronic gadgets are consumer daily devices, not professional industrial equipment. We shall not be liable for indirect losses including travel delay, work loss, data loss inside devices, business revenue reduction caused by product malfunctions.
2. We are not responsible for customs confiscation of packages caused by local import policy changes, electronic inspection restrictions or customer’s refusal to pay customs taxes.
3. We do not guarantee 100% compatibility of our smart watches, Bluetooth earbuds and AI glasses with all third-party mobile phone systems. System adaptation problems caused by third-party device updates are not defined as product defects.
4. The maximum total compensation we can provide for any single order dispute shall not exceed the actual payment amount of that order.

Our website may contain links to YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and other third-party social platforms. We have no control over third-party website content, privacy rules and service standards, and we do not bear any liability for losses generated after you jump to external links.
