Tax Policy

This Tax Policy explains all tax-related rules for orders placed on our website. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and fully agree to all tax clauses below.

1. Core Tax Basis: DDU Delivery (All Shipments)

All our electronic goods with built-in lithium batteries are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
DDU means our store only covers the international shipping fee to your country’s border. All import-related taxes, duties, and official administrative fees shall be the sole responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the product price or checkout shipping cost.

2. Breakdown of Taxes You May Be Charged Upon Arrival

When your package arrives in your country’s customs, local authorities may levy the following charges based on your order’s declared value and local tax laws:

1. Import Customs Duty
Calculated based on the category of electronics (wearable devices, mini mobile phones, recording equipment) and the declared commodity value. Tax rates vary by country and state/region.
2. Sales Tax / VAT / GST
- United States: State sales tax may apply upon local clearance
- Canada: GST/HST provincial consumption tax
- Australia & New Zealand: Goods and Services Tax (GST)
3. Customs Processing Brokerage Fee
Local logistics carriers or customs agencies charge a one-time clearance handling fee, which is independent of our store charges.
4. Additional surcharges: Inspection fees for electronic products containing lithium batteries, remote area import surcharges.

3. Product Value Declaration Rules (Mandatory)

1. We strictly declare the real transaction value, official product category, and lithium battery attributes on all customs documents. We do NOT support requests for low-value false declaration to avoid taxes.
2. False declaration requested by customers will lead to customs seizure, fines, confiscation of electronics, or package return. All resulting losses (shipping fees, product loss, customs fines) are borne entirely by the customer, and we will not issue refunds for such orders.
3. We cannot alter customs invoices, commodity names, or declared values after payment and shipment.

4. Country-Specific Tax Notes

United States

- Import duty thresholds differ per state. Orders exceeding the local tax-free allowance will trigger duty and sales tax collection.
- Customs will notify you or your local courier to settle taxes before releasing the parcel. Failure to pay will result in abandoned goods.

Canada

- All cross-border electronic shipments may attract GST/HST. No universal tax-free threshold for consumer smart devices.
- Courier companies will collect tax on behalf of Canada Customs before delivery.

Australia & New Zealand

- GST applies to most imported electronics once the order value exceeds the official duty-free limit.
- Local postal services will send tax payment notices to customers prior to final delivery.

5. What Happens If You Refuse To Pay Import Taxes

1. The local customs department will hold your package temporarily; if taxes remain unpaid within the specified period, the parcel will be confiscated or returned to overseas warehouse.
2. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. If the package is returned to us, return freight costs will be deducted from your partial product refund (if applicable).
3. We take no responsibility for product loss, damage, or disposal caused by unpaid customs taxes.

6. Tax Explanation & Inquiry Support

1. Our customer service team cannot predict the exact tax amount you will be charged. Tax standards are fully controlled by your local customs authority, independent of our store.
2. If you receive a tax bill from your courier or customs, you must settle the payment directly with the local logistics or customs department. We cannot cover, offset, or reimburse any tax expenses.
3. For questions about customs declaration documents of your electronics order, contact our support email: 【客服邮箱】. We will provide a copy of the customs invoice for your tax verification within 2 business days.

7. Tax Adjustment & Policy Update

Local import tax laws, duty rates, and tax-free thresholds are subject to frequent changes by each country’s government. We do not notify customers of updates to foreign tax regulations. It is your responsibility to check your local latest import tax rules before placing an order.
We reserve the right to update this Tax Policy at any time, and the revised version will take effect once published on our website footer.
