Refund & Return Policy

This return & refund policy applies to all electronic orders placed on Kabotronics at www.kabotronics.com. By completing checkout, you fully agree to all rules below. Please read carefully before purchasing our electronic devices with built-in lithium batteries.
1. Eligible Return Window
We offer a 30-day free return window counted from the delivery date marked by logistics tracking.
- All return requests must be submitted to our support email within 30 calendar days after you receive the package.
- Requests sent after the 30-day window will be rejected directly, no exceptions.
2. Conditions for Full Refund / Exchange
Your electronics qualify for full refund or free replacement ONLY if all of the following standards are met:
1. The device is unused, no scratches, no screen cracks, no water damage, no signs of wear on the body.
2. All original accessories are complete: charging cables, charging bases, original boxes, manuals, protective films, spare parts. Missing any accessory will deduct corresponding fees from your refund.
3. No man-made damage: drops, extrusion, disassembly, self-modified firmware, liquid immersion, broken screens, burnt circuit boards are not eligible for full refund.
4. The product was not used for commercial resale, rental or illegal modification.
5. You provide complete return evidence: order number, clear photos of the whole set of goods, outer packaging photos.
Full refund scenario
Unopened unused goods within 30 days, no damage, full accessories retained → 100% product cost refund. Shipping fees originally paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Free replacement scenario
Factory original defects (screen blackout, speaker failure, charging failure, factory assembly flaws) confirmed by our team within 30 days → we send a brand new replacement, we bear the cost of reshipping the new unit. Customer is responsible for return shipping of the defective item.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations (Important for Electronics)
We refuse all return / refund requests under these circumstances:
1. Goods with obvious man-made damage: broken lenses on dash cams/AI glasses, cracked watch screens, bent mini phone frames, water ingress.
2. Products disassembled, repaired or firmware flashed by non-official personnel.
3. Lost original boxes, chargers, ear tips, watch straps, lens protective covers or other matching accessories.
4. Custom adjusted devices or goods marked as "final sale / clearance" on product pages.
5. You refuse to pay local customs duties, leading to package abandonment or customs confiscation.
6. Normal wear after daily long-term use (minor scratches after more than 7 days of use, slight battery capacity attenuation) does not count as product defects.
7. You submit return requests over 30 days after delivery.
4. Return Shipping Cost Rules
1. For factory defective items: Customer pays for shipping the product back to our overseas return warehouse; we cover the shipping cost of sending new replacement to you.
2. For customer’s personal reasons (change mind, wrong purchase, unsuitable size/style): You bear both return shipping fees and original outbound shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
3. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. Customers need to arrange their own logistics to send goods back to the designated return address provided by customer service.
5. Return Submission Process Step by Step
1. Send an email to our official support mailbox samfrancis.service@gmail.com with subject: Return Request + Your Order Number.
2. Attach materials: Tracking delivery screenshot, clear photos/videos of the electronic device, all original accessories.
3. Our customer service will review your application within 2 working days and send you our designated overseas return warehouse address.
4. Ship the item back and send us the return tracking number by email once you post the parcel.
5. After our warehouse receives and inspects the intact goods, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment account (PayPal / credit card). Bank processing delays of 5–10 days are out of our control.
6. Partial Refund Rules
If the electronic device has minor scratches or missing small accessories but you still want to return it, we support partial refund based on the damage degree and lost accessory value. Our after-sales team will inform you of the deduction amount after inspection, and you can choose to accept partial refund or get the goods shipped back to you at your own cost.
7. Chargeback & Dispute Notice
If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback to your payment provider without contacting our support to resolve return issues first, we reserve the right to reject all after-sales services for your order, and you shall bear all platform dispute fees generated. We recommend communicating with us to solve all return problems first.
